TENTATIVE SCHEDULE FOR YOUTH MISSION TRIP TO CAMDEN 07

Thursday, June 28 - Leave SMBC around 10 a.m.

Spend the night in Somerset, PA

Friday, June 29 - Arrive in Camden and get settled in housing

(still making arrangements on housing)

Saturday, June 30 - Spend day in New York City

Travel by Riverline Transit from Camden

Sunday, July 1 - Spend the day in Worship and Training

Monday, July 2 ---Friday, July 6 - WORK DAYS (see below)

Friday, July 6 --Leave Camden and spend the night in ?

Saturday, July 7 --Return to Louisville

Work days will follow this tentative schedule:

7:45 a.m. - Arrive at Urban Promise and have devotions with Urban Promise Street Leaders and Interns & Discuss details for the day

8:30 a.m. - Leave for Summer Camp sites (2 on location at Urban Promise; 3 off location)

9 a.m. to Noon - Summer Camp (St. Matthews Youth will work along side Urban Promise Interns and Street Leaders)

Noon - Clean-up and Lunch

2 p.m. - 5 p.m. - Work Sites

Various Activities will take place in the evenings (worship, meetings with youth at Urban Promise, site seeing in Philly, etc.)

Takin' it to the Streets with Urban Promise

2007 YOUTH MISSION TOUR

WHERE: Camden, New Jersey
WHEN: June 28-July 7
WHAT: Students will be working with children and youth through sharing God’s love at day
camps & assisting in hands-on work projects.
Cost: $350.00 ($100 deposit due April 8th) Please sign up through Jim Martin in the church office!
